iSeries Outsourcing
Ideadesigners provide outsourced 1st and 2nd level support for iSeries to a number of companies in the UK and internationally.
This can be as simple as telephone support for occasional configuration/printer/backup type operational problems for companies with no onsite IT staff. Or, it may entail full business continuity responsibility for the iSeries platform: Application support, operational support and problem determination and bug tracking. It may also include the design and development of applications and solutions.
